Please be advised that the Government has set the maximum increase for rents that take effect in
2016 on your rental agreement anniversary date to the
following: 0.9% inflation rate PLUS 2% bonus for landlords, for a total of 2.9%.
THIS INCREASE IS NOT DISPUTABLE.
SO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN.

Below is a history of allowable rental increases for the last 10 years and it appear that 2014 will have the lowest increase. So that is good news.
